All Blue Divers is designed to be flexible and adapt to our customers and their level of experience, expectations and budget. It is all about maximizing the enjoyment and fun. Everyone is welcome to become an All Blue Diver! Our mission is to inspire people, share the passion and add a true value on the experience. To turn our customers into friends, share culture and care for the sensitive underwater environment. Always committed to the highest safety standards and respect for the local community.
Smaller groups as standard
We are looking for quality time with our customers and reducing our environmental impact and footprints. Unless it is a group request, you can expect to have 4 or less divers per group with us. We prefer to focus in each individual and personalize the services to our customers and offer dives that actually inspire people to protect the ocean. So we can all have a great time and share experiences stories and diving experiences together.
Before All Blue divers
Hi! I´m Otávio Scuba Diving instructor, guide and owner of All Blue Divers. Here´s a little bit about me.
I am a Brazilian guy who didn´t know anything about scuba diving until I took my Open Water Course in 2010 in the South of Brazil learning from great instructors, dive masters and course directors and that was the TURNING POINT - pure and true love.
As PADI diving instructor my career started in 2013 and along the way I had the opportunity to work in the north of Brazil with some legends who taught me a lot more and that helped me to improve my diving skills, work in serious recreational diving boat operations, social skills and costumer services, but it also helped me to grow as a person as well and find my place in the incredible planet.
I´ve collected over than 10.000 dives of all kinds under my belt, always keeping the safety-first mindset and the love was growing exponentially every dive. Every new customer inspired me to keep going, every dive made me feel alive, every course made me feel the satisfaction, every introduction dive was full of emotions. Pure joy!
Learning more about scuba diving, how to guide scuba divers safely and responding to emergencial situations, prioritizing skills development and training, helping to spread about the importance of conservation of all our oceans and the extraordinary creatures living in it, that was my choice of way of life.
In 2015 I have decide to move to Japan and along these almost 10 years I have worked with, managed, helped build some diving companies from scratch, you may see my name appear on their reviews from Izu Peninsula to Okinawa. Now I have decided to follow my own path, a dream. And pushed All Blue Divers as a place to welcome you all in my own style, to share my biggest passion, to inspire more people, to spread awareness and the necessity of being a responsible diver and explore this beautiful world. And that is my contribution to this magnificent Blue World that we share and love to call home.
Hi! My name is Arne and I am one of the instructors and guides at All Blue Divers.
I have a varied background, starting diving while working in the Norwegian Airforce in 2007. For many years I was a holiday diver, but in 2016 diving had taken over most of my life, so taking my instructor course to begin my professional career was the next natural step. Since then I have worked as a diving instructor.
I have dove in the cold fjords of Norway, guided the tropical waters of Palau with its splendor of marine life and historical wrecks, and swam with the schools of Hammerhead sharks at Mikomoto, Japan. I have taught many a diver and enjoyed my journey troughout the diving world in places such as Sri Lanka and Croatia, gaining skills and knowledge from the locals and professionals everywhere.
All the while keeping in mind how I was once being shown the underwater world by others, how they took care of me and grew my passion for the aquatic world—which is what I in turn want to do for our guests.
