minna and sesoko islands - All levels

General description

The Pearl of Motobu. That´s how we like to call this dive site. On this dive site you will experience one of the most crystal clear water in Okinawa, beautiful, healthy and colorful hard coral reef and breathtaking white sand bottom making this scenario one of the most beautiful place to be in Okinawa. Here you will find school of goat fish, many lionfish, batfish, garden eel and ribbon eels. But also, time to time we have amazing encounters with white spotted eagle rays, green turtles, sharks and frogfish. The dive site can reach about 24m depth but new divers can enjoy the shallows and they wont regreat!

Diving operation

We meet at the port around 7:45am and we stay onboard for 2 dives. There will be toilet available. Each dive take about 45 minutes including safety stop and after the second dive we head back to the port. If you are up to to the third dive, the lunch time will be spent on the port and we head to Sesoko island for one more. Usually finish around 2:30pm

What to bring

For a full day dive we recommend to bring water, snacks, a towel, sunglasses and sunscreen (prefer the ones reef-safe). Also bring some change as it will not be allowed to sit on car with wetsuits or wet clothes. There will always be a cooler box available for your food and drinks.
